Summer’s Here (and so are Chava Cool-Packs)
Summer officially kicked off on June 21, but temperatures have been soaring for weeks now across most of the US. And people aren’t the only ones taking refuge in air conditioning, as Chava Vital Chocolate ships in a cooler and cool-pack when shipping in summer.
To preserve its exceptional flavor profile and ensure Chava arrives to you in pristine condition, we always check the projected temperature of its destination. Anything expected to be 75 degrees or higher means that Chava will automatically upgrade to “summer shipping” to keep it deliciously cool (summer rates apply).
To ensure it’s not in transit over a weekend, summer shipping means Chava will only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. It gets expedited shipping (via 2nd day air), an insulated cooler, and cool-packs inside to keep Chava cool and comfortable from our distribution center to your destination.
